The Health and Wellness Center is comprised of retail, alternative healing, and traditional western medical components.

This interdisciplinary facility is planned to be built at the ground floor of the landmarked Crane Building, located at the center of Montclair's historic downtown.

The components of the design will feature renewable resources, and the overall effect will offer a warm and inviting presence to passers-by in this pedestrian-friendly district.

This center has received unanimous approval from the Montclair Zoning Board of Adjustment and is expected to receive a similar endorsement from the Montclair Historic Preservation Commission.
