The addition to the right contains a new kitchen, dinette, mud room,
powder room and sitting area.

Tone and texture of existing brick, stucco and cedar were hand
matched. Windows, doors, volumes and rooflines built into
the existing 1930's home were carefully reviewed, resulting in a
satisfying and successful overall solution. The roof shingles on the
addition are of environmentally responsible recycled rubber, flashed
with copper.
