The design of this new home is based on Mid-19th Century American Greek Revival precedents.

The massing of the house is configured to harmonize with the streetscape, and
an early 20th century Craftsman style workshop presently on site is to be renovated.
Towering Eastern White Pines, and a variety of hardwoods ringing the site are to be preserved.

Clad in all natural materials, this home is scheduled for Spring 2009 construction start.
