and located in the Montclair estate section, has been completely
renovated and restored, with a new addition placed to the rear of the
main house. The new volume contains an open-plan kitchen and family
room, with varying ceiling heights, and multiple access points to the
landscaped yard.

Details, textures, scale, shapes and proportions from the original
home have been worked into in the new addition to ensure a satisfying
and cohesive design.
