This vernacular style 1890's dwelling is to be converted to a physical therapy and wellness center.

After years of being buried behind plastic siding and aluminum columns, the original wood exterior is to be carefully restored, with a new rear addition shaped and detailed to harmonize with the original home's architecture.

This rear addition creates space for two added treatment rooms, as well as a secondary entrance to the main level reception area from a new lower level parking lot on this sloping site.
