This new facility, on the site of a former auto repair shop, has been newly built for a designer and installer of high-end home entertainment systems.
Environmentally sustainable features include high performance glazing set in wood frames as well as manufactured framing.
The building sits on a prominent corner within the recently designated Upper Montclair Historic District. Materials, textures and forms all contribute to refining the scale and human quality of this structure.
