This newly constructed home (utilizing some pre-existing framing and foundations from a 1960's split level) is a fresh interpretation of the early 1900's Craftsman Colonial tradition.

That tradition was dedicated to sturdy yet elegant proportions, noble yet humble materials, and workmanlike assemblages.

The Craftsman Colonial movement is a beloved period of architecture preserved to this day in early railroad suburbs.

The validity of this architectural approach is timeless, and is the basis for this new design.
